What is Team MODIFIED?

Coach Claire Blaney takes your desire to run a half marathon (or, starting in 2010, a marathon), squishes it around a bit, and turns it into reality. Yes, actual human American reality.

The MODIFIED season runs about twelve weeks. This year we'll meet on Wednesdays for a track workout and on Sundays for a long run. The rest of each week's training is on your own.

MODIFIED is made up of athletes of all skill levels, each with their own training schedule designed by Claire. Some walk the race. Others run it. And then there's Claire, who smokes it.

So put aside any doubts and fears, and get ready for a fun season. Woo hoo!
